2020年的暑假，在各個縣市棒球委員會的粉專搜刮一翻之後，發現台南市剛好有C級裁判講習會，

上了三天之後通過術科考試與筆試，我拿到了上圖這本中華民國棒球記錄法2019年

中華民國棒球規則2019整理網站是一個愛好棒球的份子為了能夠在業餘比賽能夠用智慧型手機上網快速找到規則，並且翻閱給裁判或對手看，因此這個網站誕生了。

這個網站是棒球規則的理論基礎，打球的人怎麼能不懂運動的規則呢!!就像是理論和實務並需要同時運行並進才合情合理。
